Do you thrive on turning complex tenders into winning proposals? Do you enjoy being the person who brings structure, pace and quality to high-stakes bids?
We are looking for a Bid Manager, based in Barcelona, to take ownership of our global enterprise tender responses end to end – from qualification through to handover. Today our Sales team spends too much time on tenders; you will give them that time back.
This is a customer-facing role, not a back-office coordination job. You will engage directly with enterprise customers and procurement teams, and act as the central point of control across sales, technical, legal and finance.
Your day-to-day:
Own the bid lifecycle from qualification to submission, and lead bid/no-bid decisions.
Build the bid plan: timelines, responsibilities, dependencies and governance.
Coordinate cross-functional input from sales, solutions, legal and finance.
Create and maintain proposal materials, templates and a reusable content library.
Work with Sales to define win themes and translate technical input into a clear customer story.
Engage directly with customers and procurement throughout the tender process.
Use AI tools to speed up drafting, summarising and gap analysis – supporting, not replacing, expert input.
Manage risk, compliance, version control and submission quality.
Track win rate and turnaround time in Salesforce, and run post-bid reviews to improve.
Who are you?
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Marketing or a related field — or equivalent professional experience;
Proven experience in bid, proposal or tender management.
Strong project management skills – you own plans, deadlines and stakeholders.
Confident and credible in front of customers.
Excellent writer, able to simplify technical content.
Comfortable working in Salesforce alongside a Sales team.
Structured, decisive and driven by continuous improvement.
Fluent in Spanish and English; other European languages a plus.
SaaS tender or fleet technology exposure is a bonus.
Why you’ll love working for us:
A fast-moving, innovative and international team, working across countries and cultures.
High visibility – your work directly shapes whether we win our largest deals.
