We are looking for a Bid Manager to join our thriving London studio. Working in our Business Development & Bids team, this is a highly collaborative role that is pivotal to PRP's ability to win new work in our architecture, urban design, master planning, development consultancy, and community engagement service areas.
Principal responsibilities will include: project managing bid submissions for all bid stages, writing content and coordinating/editing submission inputs, and maintaining the bid information library in collaboration with the practicewide marketing team. You will be proactively contributing to the delivery of the marketing programme for client groups and supporting on the wider practice marketing efforts.
Highly organised, self-motivated and demonstrating a keen eye for detail, you will also possess excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients and colleagues across the business.
Along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, you will ideally have a strong interest in architecture and the built environment sector and prior experience in bid coordination/management.
