As a Bid Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping winning business opportunities. You’ll lead the creation of compelling, high-quality proposals for enterprise clients—ensuring they are clear, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.
From initial opportunity to final submission and contract award, you’ll guide the entire proposal journey. Working closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners, you’ll bring together insights, strategy, and content to deliver proposals that stand out. You’ll also contribute to other client-facing materials, including customized presentations and follow-up requests.
Key Responsibilities:
You will take ownership of the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring every submission is well-organized, accurate, and impactful.
What you’ll do:

  • Lead and coordinate the development of proposals across services, consulting, and manufacturing solutions
  • Review client requests (RFPs) to understand their goals, requirements, and evaluation criteria
  • Translate complex requirements into clear plans and actionable steps for the team
  • Build and manage timelines to ensure proposals are delivered on time
  • Bring together the right experts and contributors for each opportunity
  • Gather, organize, and refine content from sales and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with global teams across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific to create tailored solutions
  • Work closely with teams such as Legal, R&D, Marketing, and HR to ensure accurate and complete responses
  • Lead internal reviews to ensure proposals meet company standards and client expectations
  • Drive approvals and ensure everything is ready before submission
  • Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and a polished final product
  • Format and deliver proposals according to client specifications
  • Spot trends and insights from client requests to continuously improve future proposals
  • Support additional client materials and follow-up requests as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred)
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in proposals, project coordination, or similar roles
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in writing, editing, or reviewing business/technical content (preferred)
  • Familiarity with design or layout tools is a plus


Technical skills:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong internet research skills


Additional Information:

  • Willingness to work night shifts to support US and/or Canada business hours
  • Hybrid work setup
