Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end bid process from initial opportunity through to submission
• Identify, assess, and respond to tender opportunities across relevant frameworks and portals
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational, and financial input
• Develop high-quality, compelling written responses tailored to client requirements
• Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and bid deliverables to ensure timely submissions
• Maintain and improve bid libraries, templates, and supporting documentation
• Analyse bid outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve success rates
• Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and tender requirements
• Build strong relationships across departments to support bid strategy and delivery

• Proven experience in a Bid Manager or similar bid/tender writing role
• Strong understanding of public and/or private sector procurement processes
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Experience within health and social care (desirable but not essential)
