The Opportunity

Are you a skilled Bid Manager with a passion for leading high‑impact tender submissions? We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven professional to oversee end‑to‑end tender activities that support our strategic growth and operational excellence.

As the Bid Manager, you will lead the coordination, development, and delivery of high‑quality tender submissions. Working across technical, commercial, legal and stakeholder groups, you’ll ensure our tenders are competitive, compliant, and submitted on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity and leadership to complex deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of tender strategies, schedules and delivery plans

  • Coordinate inputs across technical, financial, legal and operational teams

  • Review tender documents to ensure full compliance with requirements

  • Manage timelines, workflows, reviews and approvals to meet deadlines

  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure a compelling, accurate final submission

About You

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience managing tenders, bids or complex project deliverables
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and coordination capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risk and interpret complex commercial documentation
  • Ability to synthesise information and produce high‑quality written outputs
