The Bid Executive supports Bid Managers and pursuit teams to drive higher win rates on service deals by coordinating proposals, managing responses, and ensuring timely bid submissions. This role involves monitoring tender portals, handling RFx and pre-qualification documents, liaising with sales teams, maintaining CRM and bid pipelines, and providing general support to the Strategic and Global Bid Centre Managers. The ideal candidate has experience in bid/tender environments, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure within a matrix team structure. Knowledge of administration, bid frameworks, and the Xerox sales cycle is advantageous.
