Vaughan Infrastructure is a leading civil utilities and complex infrastructure contractor, delivering high-quality projects across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our Adelaide office.

This role is critical in coordinating and delivering high-quality tenders, EOIs and proposals that support Vaughan Civil’s strategic growth objectives.

About the Role

As Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are compliant, compelling and delivered on time. You will work closely with project, estimating, commercial and leadership teams to produce professional, client-focused submissions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating tenders, EOIs and proposals from start to submission
• Managing bid schedules, inputs and deadlines
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial and operational content
• Formatting, editing and reviewing submission documents for quality and compliance
• Maintaining bid registers, templates and submission libraries
• Participate in bid debriefings and post-bid analysis
• Supporting continuous improvement of bid and submission processes

About you:

• Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Submissions Coordinator or similar role (construction, civil or infrastructure preferred)
• Strong written communication, editing and document presentation skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously when required
