About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Bid Manager, you’ll provide end-to-end coordination support across the bid and tender process. This role can be based in either our Sydney or Perth office, working full-time on-site, you’ll work closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to deliver polished, compliant submissions on time. This is a fast-paced role where your ability to manage deadlines,
maintain accuracy, and coordinate stakeholders will directly contribute to winning new business.

Key responsibilities:

·Coordinate and support the development of bids, proposals, and submissions.

·Review documents for accuracy, formatting, and brand compliance.

·Maintain bid timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

·Manage CRM updates and bid activity records.

·Own and maintain the Bid Library to ensure content and resources are current.

·Collaborate with internal teams to gather required content and inputs.

·Support pitch presentations and broader BD team requirements.

About You

You’re highly organised, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of your work, communicate confidently, and approach challenges with a proactive, solutions focused mindset.

Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

·2+ years’ experience in bid coordination, proposals, or similar roles.

·Strong understanding of tender and submission processes.

·Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

·Excellent written communication and document presentation skills.

·High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.

·Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.

·Relevant tertiary qualification (communications, marketing, business or similar).
