Your role

As Bid Centre Manager, you will play a central role in Saab's international Marketing & Sales activities. Working at the heart of major business opportunities, you will lead the daily operations of the Bid Centre and create the conditions for successful proposal development across multiple campaigns and customer opportunities.

The role is focused on coordinating and developing the overall bid capability and supporting bid teams throughout the organization.

You will work closely with Bid Managers, Proposal Managers, campaign teams and stakeholders across Saab, ensuring that resources, methods and tools are used effectively and that our bid teams are equipped to deliver high-quality proposals.

Your responsibility spans four main areas:

• Bid Centre Coordination – Coordinating resources, priorities and activities across ongoing bids and campaigns.
• Operational Excellence – Supporting the continuous development of methods, processes and tools that strengthen our bid capability.
• Business Support – Providing guidance and support to bid teams and contributing to successful proposal delivery across the organization.
• Security – Ensuring security plans, physical and digital environment are compliant with governing regulations.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
