Overview

This role is part of the North America Beverage organization and supports the Commercial team by delivering business-critical reporting, analytics, and actionable insights across Channels, Brands, Customers, and Sales Areas. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI reporting solutions, managing data acquisition and validation, analyzing complex datasets, and translating data into meaningful insights that enable data-driven decision-making for Sales Leadership across Sector and Division teams.

As the primary and only dedicated analytics resource supporting the West OTS team, this is a business-critical role responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of day-to-day reporting, operational analytics, and ad hoc business requests. The role also drives continuous improvement through reporting modernization, automation, and the adoption of advanced analytics, helping enhance business performance, improve operational efficiency, and support key commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial function with performance reporting against established KPIs, including ad hoc reporting using internal, shipment/POS, and market data (IRI).
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards that improve accessibility, visualization, and business agility.
• Leverage Power BI (must-have) and other analytical tools and techniques to deliver reporting, advanced analytics, and actionable business insights.
• Collate, validate, and analyze large, complex datasets across multiple channels, customers, brands, and sales areas to identify performance trends and opportunities.
• Present clear, concise insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze innovation and portfolio performance to identify opportunities across Channels, Brands, Customers, and Markets.
• Support field sales execution through timely reporting and compliance analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and deliver actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication.
• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of reporting and analytics in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs), while maintaining a strong focus on quality and execution.
• Contribute to the modernization of reporting solutions by leveraging Power BI best practices, automation, and scalable reporting frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency through innovative analytics solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance business decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, standardizing reporting, optimizing technology, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, Sales Analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (required), including report/dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL is preferred. Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present insights to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
