The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) works worldwide to provide protection and humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflict and armed violence. We take action in response to emergencies and, at the same time, promote respect for international humanitarian law. We are an independent and neutral organization, and our mandate stems essentially from the Geneva Conventions of 1949. We work closely with National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and with their International Federation in order to ensure a concerted, rational and rapid humanitarian response to the needs of the victims of armed conflict or any other situation of internal violence. We direct and coordinate the international activities conducted in these situations.
The Global Shared Services, HR Shared Services (GSS HRSS) is a unit based in Global Hub – Manila, operating under the Support and Digital Transformation (SDT) of the ICRC.
GSS HRSS provides a wide range of HR services to support ICRC’s operations in deploying its workforce to the field & headquarters and in accompanying their administrative journey in the organization. It is comprised of different services for employees under Swiss contract, such as Deployment, Rewards, Payroll, Personal & Profession Information (PPI) administration, Staff Health Support Services (SHSS), and Offboarding. GSS HRSS also extends its services to the entire workforce of the ICRC through iDevelop request processing, and to the employees under resident contracts for the administration of their International Retirement and Savings Plan (IRSP).
The Business Transformation Team (BTT) of GSS HRSS drives innovation in business projects and solutions and effectively oversee new processes, improvements, and transformations.
Within the BTT, the BI Reporting Analyst enables accurate, timely, and scalable reporting by transforming approved business and quality metrics into reliable dashboards and insights. The role supports data-driven decision-making by ensuring reporting data is consistent, automated, and easily accessible to stakeholders, without owning KPI definition or quality governance.
