If you have an automotive service background, a proven track record in sales, and are highly committed to delivering the best service experience to our guests, we would like to talk with you.
As part of our BIG O Team, the Service Writer, will spend the majority of the day working directly with our fantastic employees and our guests, advising them on their vehicle's tire and automotive service needs. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, with superb customer service and communication skills. The position focus is on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales
The Service Writer is responsible for day to day store sales and communication with our valued guests. We are looking for someone willing to come to work everyday with a good attitude and willing to learn and grow with our company. We are looking to hire employees who want to grow with the company and possibly one day become managers or partners.

We are looking for someone bilingual, that has a minimum 3 years in sales and automotive. We are looking for this person to be willing to move up and potentially be a manager for us one day.
