Position: Permanent

BI & Digital Tools Developer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal digital and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, optimization, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with various departments to identify business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions
• Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and digital tools to improve usability, performance, and data consistency
• Support the local implementation and development of global data and digital projects

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, digital tools development, and project management
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience with SAP, Business Intelligence tools, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and Data Warehousing
• Understanding of analytical and statistical methods
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles
