BI Developer

Malta Based role working out of the Msida office(3 days a week in office)

Well, what about the team?

You'll be joining our Business Intelligence team based in Malta working hybrid 3 days a week in office , working alongside talented BI Developers, Data Engineers, Data Product Owners and stakeholders from across the business. We partner with teams including Insights, Acquisition, Retention, Player Management, Operations, Finance and Machine Learning to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive better business decisions.

Our team is collaborative, curious and always looking for smarter ways to work. Whether we're building impactful dashboards, improving reporting processes or exploring new technologies like AI, we're passionate about delivering solutions that make a real difference across the business.

So, what will you be doing?

As a BI Developer, you'll transform data into clear, actionable insights that help shape decisions across our global business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs, designing and developing dashboards and reports that provide real business value.

Building scalable reporting solutions, monitoring and improving data quality, and identify opportunities to optimise existing processes. From supporting regulatory reporting to carrying out ad-hoc analysis, you'll play an important role in ensuring our teams have the data they need to make informed decisions.

You'll also help evolve our BI capabilities by contributing ideas, improving performance and embracing new technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance the way we build and maintain reporting solutions.

And what will you need?

Experience:

• Experience in a Business Intelligence, BI Developer or similar analytics role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools. Along with modern cloud-based data platforms, ideally Databricks.
• Experience translating business requirements into clear, user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Exposure to working in agile, fast-paced environments would be advantageous.
• An interest in using AI tools to improve analytics, reporting and development workflows.
