We are looking for a BI Consultant to join our Data & Analytics team at our headquarters in Denmark. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing expertise with a passion for partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful business value through data and analytics.

The role

As a BI Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to understand business challenges, define analytical requirements, and deliver reporting and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of our enterprise data and reporting landscape while contributing to the continued development of our BI and analytics capabilities built on Microsoft Azure and Power BI.

This role requires a consultative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities to create value through data and analytics
• Designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI
• Translating business requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions
• Contributing to the development and evolution of our Enterprise Data Platform and Data Warehouse
• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of enterprise data and reporting solutions
• Supporting data governance, data quality, and master data management initiative
• Driving adoption of self-service analytics and promoting best practices across the organization
• Collaborating closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and other members of the Data & Analytics team

Suggested candidate profile

Setting you up for success is one of our cornerstones. We imagine you have a relevant educational background within Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience delivering Business Intelligence and analytics solutions in a modern data environment.

You are someone who enjoys solving business challenges through data and turning complex requirements into meaningful insights. You are equally comfortable discussing business objectives with stakeholders and diving into the technical details of data models, reporting solutions, and analytics.

As a person, you are proactive, curious, and collaborative. You take ownership, build strong relationships across the organization, and maintain high standards for quality, professionalism, and data integrity.

More specifically, you bring:

• Around 5 years of experience within Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Warehousing, preferably from an international business environment
• Strong experience with Power BI, including semantic modelling, DAX, and dashboard development
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with enterprise data warehouses
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling and data warehousing principles
• Experience with Microsoft Azure data technologies (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure Data Lake) is considered an advantage
• Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management principles is beneficial
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working is a plus
