Apply now!Join Transcom as a BI Business Analyst!Be part of our IT team and play a key role in helping Transcom make better use of its data. In this role, you'll work across the BI ecosystem, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of BI standards, data integrations and continuous improvements of our reporting platform. In this role, you will:Act as a trusted link between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communicationWork with BI users and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver the best possible reporting experienceDesign and recommend BI solutions that balance performance, scalability and costCreate clear data mappings and communicate findings effectivelyParticipate in data and reporting solution design, using your understanding of business processes and the Transcom operating modelAnalyse reporting data structures and source systems to troubleshoot issues and design effective data processesContribute to complex data consolidation projects and data integration activitiesHelp develop and maintain BI data standards aligned with business requirements and industry best practicesWhat's in it for YOU!International and inclusive environment that makes you feel supported, encouraged and welcome from day oneOpportunity to work with data and BI solutions that support decision-making across a global organisationContinuous development through our internal learning platforms and external trainingHybrid working modelOpportunity to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries and culturesCorporate benefits and discountsTo be successful in this role, the following is needed:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline such as IT, Computer Science, Mathematics or EngineeringMinimum 2 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or a similar domainExperience with data modeling, data troubleshooting and complex data consolidation projectsGood knowledge of SQLExperience with creating dashboards and data visualisations is a plus; knowledge of Looker is an advantageExperience with Cloud platforms; knowledge of GCP is an advantageExperience with tools commonly used in the CX industry, such as WFM, SAP, Avaya, Salesforce, Genesys or Zendesk, is a plusGood working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical, problem-solving and process-driven mindsetExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data and technical concepts clearly to different audiencesAbility to work effectively within a geographically and culturally diverse teamFluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plusPlease include a full CV, in English, with your application.Closing date is Thursday 24th September 2026.What Life at Transcom is like!At Transcom, we're relentlessly committed.
