Job Description

BI Analytics Developer:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like  Power BI or  Tableau
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions
  • Implement and validate complex business logic within reporting layers
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
  • Work with  Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses) for data sourcing
  • Support  User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect resolution and enhancements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and QA teams
  • Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions for performance and usability

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with  Power BI and/or  Tableau
  • Advanced proficiency in  SQL (query writing, optimization, performance tuning)
  • Hands-on experience with  Snowflake or similar data platforms
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices
  • Experience with  Excel (advanced functions) and  VBA
  • Ability to implement complex business logic in reporting tools
  • Experience working in  Asset Management / Financial Services domain

Nice to Have

  • Basic familiarity with  dbt (data build tool)

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction
  • Ability to work in Agile / fast-paced environments
