Location- Pune

Rockwell is looking for an all-rounder BI Analyst to join an agile team to build and support the ongoing enterprise Power platform solutions and databases. We are looking for someone who is well versed in Agile practices. This person should be customer focused and have experience meeting the demands of enterprise customers. Additionally, they should have practical expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure SQL Server, and analytics.

The BI Analyst is responsible for the understanding, designing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI solutions for the organization to be used globally. You should be passionate about understanding existing Power BI/Power Platform solutions. You should understand the current architecture, be open to learning new technology stacks, and. Hands-on experience building an end-to-end complex application. Strong expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, and SQL Server. You should have a good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components, like Power App, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You should also be flexible to work on various areas, including GUI, web front-end, Power Query, Dataverse, and back-end databases like SharePoint Lists and Azure SQL server.

You will be reporting to TEAM LEAD - BI & DATA ANALYTICS.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with subject matter experts to understand existing Power Apps source code and architecture.
• I am responsible for understanding, designing, and implementing power platform solutions. These solutions include Office 365 Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI applications, and solutions along with Microsoft SQL server database tables. Additionally, I am responsible for SQL query writing.
• Gather cross-functional requirements and translate them into practical Power platform solutions.· Maintain documentation for architecture and source code·
• Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.·
• Implement custom solutions that leverage Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and other Office 365 applications.·
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams. Be able to work closely with product managers, Process owners, and relevant Business unit stakeholders.
• Contribute to and promote good software engineering practices across the team. Troubleshoot and resolve system problems and customer issues. You are well versed in Agile practices.　

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other Engineering or graduates, with concentration in software

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Must have hand of experience and knowledge of building Office 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI.
• Should have experience in using SharePoint List and SQL server as source in developing Power Apps, Flows and PowerBI
• Microsoft Certification in any of the Power Platform technologies would be a plus.
• Strong Power BI skills using SharePoint and SQL server.
• Experience in relational database designing and migration of data into SQL servers using scripts or ETL.
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, writing sql queries, SQL database support and maintenance.
• Implement custom solutions that use Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and other Office 365 applications.
• Knowledge and previous experience working with Dataverse (CDS) would be good to have.
• Can understand and implement complex MS Flows to set up power automate solutions.
• Experience in Web development including JSON, XML, HTML would be nice to have
• Experience and familiarity with API consumption in Power Apps/ PowerBI or in any form would nice to have.
• SharePoint Development including Lists, Hub site, Document library.
