职位描述
1.【数据运营】全面把握本部门的各项数据，理解跨部门、跨业务的各项数据，建立有价值的数据平台，协调多业务线优化数据；包括但不限于城市数据整理、挖掘、展示、分析等； 2.【体验满意度】负责跟进整理北京区域能源相关的五星随手评及满意度低分订单工作，包含换电、扫码充电等；能够提前洞察用户的潜在需求，具备分析用户习惯、喜好、兴趣的能力，发现用户未提出的需求点，创造超越用户期待的体验点； 3.【活动运营】负责换电站社群运营，打造积极、友好、有价值的社群氛围，建立用户归属感和社群文化。通过观察和沟通，深度理解用户需求改善整体换电服务体验。
职位要求
1、本科及以上，具备优异的逻辑思维能力和沟通能力、数据分析、统计学、计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、VBA等）、飞书等工具，有数据分析、商业分析、行业研究相关经验者优先； 3、认真好学，沟通能力强，执行力强，做事上心、细心、有耐心，有团队合作意识 ； 4、出勤天数: 每周4-5天，可实习3-6个月及以上者优先。
