Utilize best practices and methodologies to consult and enhance functionality in SAP Plant Maintenance
Implement project solutions in SAP PM/CS and support for Application managed support
Document business processes and their system support for SAP S/4 HANA;
Support the life cycle of implementation and roll-out projects (training, implementation, testing, training, go-live support) and you actively conduct customer and application support in the after-going-live phase;
Consult our customers on the best practice usage of the application SAP PM/CS to fulfill business requirements;
Implement project changes by parameterize or program development based on change requests which describe the required system behavior;
To do a quality check before handing it over to the requestor;
Work intensively with other business consultants, application specialists, and development specialists to transfer the business requirements into processes and functions inside the application
Required skills and Experience
5+yrs experience in SAP PM & Asset Management with S/4 HANA
B.Tech or MBA
High customer focus;
Exceptional communication style in English - both verbal and written;
A positive attitude in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Skills and Experience that will be an advantage:
Knowledge of IT technologies in general and SAP application know-how, ideally previous knowledge in: SAP PM & Asset Management
Knowledge of business processes and master data structures;
Experience in user support in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC;
Understanding of SAP FIORI and OData interface; SAP S/4HANA APIs
