Roles & Responsibilities :
The SAP Controlling (CO) SME will serve as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions, driving enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives, solution governance, and process optimization across global programs.
The role requires strong functional expertise combined with hands-on delivery capability. The SME is expected to independently lead complex solution areas while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, system integrators, and global delivery teams.
The SME will play a critical role in solution architecture, business process consulting, fit-gap analysis, process harmonization, and end-to-end implementation delivery across Controlling and integrated finance processes.
Solution Consulting & SME
Act as the SAP CO Subject Matter Expert for enterprise transformation initiatives and strategic finance programs
Provide solution architecture guidance for complex business and controlling scenarios
Lead business process workshops, fit-gap assessments, and solution design discussions
Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices, process optimization, and finance transformation opportunities
Drive process standardization and harmonization across global business units
Support change management and business adoption initiatives

Drive integration design across SAP FI, PP, MM, SD, PM, and related enterprise systems
Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT teams
Work effectively within onsite/offshore and global delivery models
Coordinate with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
Educational qualification:
MBA in Finance / CA
