You'll craft intuitive, accessible and effective journeys that help consumers customise, order and collect their coffee and food with ease. Blending insight led UX with polished UI craft, you’ll design solutions that perform beautifully in real world environments and elevate how Costa’s global consumers interact with our brand every day.

What you’ll do
Being a UX/UI Designer (Self Order Kiosk) is your chance to join our exciting hub in Sofia - which means you’ll :
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes and high quality, production ready UI for end-to-end consumer journeys, such as ordering, customisation, loyalty and payment.
• Create solutions that contribute to measurable improvements in consumer satisfaction and operational efficiency that are aligned with Product OKRs.
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Owners and Developers responsible for App, Web, Costa Express and Kiosk to support and deliver UX/UI solutions during peak workload, team member holidays or critical releases.
• Adopt a user centric design approach through insight, analytics, usability testing and collaborative ideation.
• Create, maintain and update design system style guides, components, assets and documentation across priority digital products for local teams, markets and partners.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
• A creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for User Centred Design, experience with Lean UX and Design Thinking approaches and a high level of attention to detail.
• Expert with design, prototyping and testing tools, such as: Miro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin and UserTesting.
• A clear and confident communicator with good stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Experienced in designing to kiosk/mobile platform guidelines and touchscreen usability principles.
• Fluent in the classic design principles of layout, hierarchy, typography and how to apply them effectively to create intuitive digital applications.

Location – Sofia – Hybrid
The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required. Some international travel may also be required occasionally to UK.
