Being a People Partner is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll:
Partner with leaders and managers across Sofia, providing practical People support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement and performance management.
Be the link between the local market and our wider People function, partnering with People Operations, Centres of Excellence and external advisers to deliver effective People solutions.
Bring local expertise and insight, ensuring People policies, processes and programmes are locally relevant, legally compliant and deliver a great team member experience.
Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify and strengthen local People processes and helping shape a mature, sustainable support model.
Support wider People and Technology priorities, providing on-the-ground insight, delivering key People programmes and escalating complex or higher-risk matters where appropriate.
