Join Costa Coffee at our Sofia Technology Hub as a Content Executive, where you’ll play a key role in bringing global marketing campaigns and digital experiences to life across web, app and Express platforms. What you’ll do
Being a Digital Content Executive is your chance to join our exciting hub in Sofia - which means you will:
• Support the delivery, publishing and maintenance of content across Costa Coffee’s global web, app and Express platforms using the CMS.
• Build and update digital pages, content modules and campaign assets to support marketing activity across multiple international markets.
• Ensure all content is accurate, accessible and brand compliant by carrying out quality assurance checks, resolving formatting issues and maintaining strong content hygiene.
• Collaborate closely with global marketing, digital and design teams to deliver engaging customer experiences and support content localisation initiatives.
• Assist with website rollouts, campaign scheduling and ongoing optimisation, while following established CMS governance, processes and best practice guidelines.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
• Experience in a digital content role within a consumer-facing website environment is highly desirable, ideally within retail, hospitality or quick service restaurants.
• Hands-on experience using a CMS to publish and maintain content across web and app platforms with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring content is brand compliant, accessible and delivered to a consistently high standard.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, digital, design and technical teams.
• Good understanding of digital best practices, including SEO, content performance and user experience, alongside a proactive approach to learning and development.
Location – Sofia – Hybrid
The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required. Some international travel may also be required occasionally to UK.
