Being a business analyst is your chance to join our exciting hub in Sofia - which means you’ll be:
Partnering with business stakeholders, product managers and engineers to understand challenges and define requirements for data products and platforms
Gathering, documenting and refining business, functional and data requirements across multiple initiatives and turning them into turning them into clear, actionable requirements and delivery outcomes
Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of our Master Data Management (MDM) platform
Analysing business processes, data flows and system integrations to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
Working with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable integration solutions using Azure technologies and APIs
Mapping data requirements, lineage and ownership to ensure trusted, high-quality data across the organisation
Facilitating workshops, backlog refinement sessions and stakeholder discussions to align business outcomes with technical delivery
Supporting testing, validation and business readiness activities to ensure successful product adoption
Contributing to agile ways of working and helping drive a product-led culture within the Data & AI team
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within data, analytics, integration or technology teams
Strong understanding of data concepts including master data management, data quality, data governance and data modelling
Experience working with enterprise integration patterns, APIs and system-to-system data flows
Comfortable translating complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional product and engineering teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and build trusted relationships
Analytical and naturally curious, with a passion for solving business problems through data
Experience with MDM platforms, retail/FMCG businesses or product-led organisations would be advantageous
Nice to have
Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based data platforms
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management
Understanding of API lifecycle management and integration best practices
