<br>Under the direction of a faculty researcher and program manager, the research student will assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of several evaluation projects of hospital- and community-based health improvement programs. The student will also assist with research, data collection, reports, quantitative analysis, literature review, and drafting protocols and reports. The purpose of this role is a learning experience for the intern/student. Projects differ depending on the department hosting each student.<br><br>Does this position require Patient Care?<br>No<br><br>Essential Functions<br>-Records and tracks data and related information, maintaining a lab notebook and other files. <br>
-Conduct analysis and interpretation of the results generated through working by collaborating with postdoc fellows. <br>
-Attend and make presentations at lab meetings and journal clubs. <br>
-Work safely within the lab environment and in performing work duties. <br>
-Clerical and administrative duties in a research setting. <br>
-Assist in the development and design of surveys. <br>
-Coordinate, implement, and monitor data collection activities, including survey administration and interviewing. <br>
-Database management. <br>
-Records and tracks data and related information, maintaining a lab notebook and other files. <br>
