Responsible for providing comprehensive SharePoint and Microsoft Access database support within the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory/Futures Directorate (MCWL/FD) G-8 in order to enable ongoing financial operations support to the organization.
· Provide on/off site on call technical support of functional Access Databases used to support the management of organizational budgets.
· Provide functional analysis of databases and suggest and implement modifications of enhancements.
· Prepare technical instructions and/or user manuals and conduct user training for G-8 personnel.
· Maintain content and functionality of G-8 SharePoint site in coordination with command’s Information/Knowledge Management representatives.
· Develop, troubleshoot and integrate custom software applications across multiple distributed databases for financial management applications.
· Provide M365 SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps development support to the G-8, developing custom web parts and workflows to optimize business processes and enhance user experience. Contribute to improving the usability and functionality of G-8 SharePoint sites by incorporating user feedback and industry best practices to continuously enhance the Section’s functionality.
· Provide on-site technical and helpdesk support to project officers across all MCWL/FD functional Divisions in the planning and preparation of funding request packages prior to submission to the G-8.
· Provide administrative support for standard office operation and support functions.
· Attend portfolio, program, project, or financial review meetings as required.
· Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

· Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Office Specialist Access and SharePoint Administrator Associate or equivalent certifications (Minimum two (2) plus years of experience in lieu of certification is acceptable).

o MS Power Automate Developer (PL-500)
o Security+ certification - CompTIA or DoD required industry standard equivalent.
