This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both managing people and rolling up their sleeves to keep a busy facility operating at its best.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a hands-on facilities professional and effective team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining safe, welcoming spaces. Preferred qualifications include:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or a related field, or a minimum of three years of facilities management experience or a closely related discipline Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance practices required, along with strong project management skills. Must obtain CPO certification within 120 days of employment and CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications within 30 days. A valid driver’s license and driving record that meets YMCA standards are required. Ability to communicate and work effectively with individuals from diverse social and economic backgrounds.
Job Type: Full-Time (Exempt)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday with weekend availability as needed
PAY: $60,000-$62,000/year with a 10% Geographical Differential. Plus, a full benefit package to include, generous PTO, access to facilities for immediate family members, Medical, Dental, Disability, Life, Vision, EAP, & Pet Insurance, and ability to participate 403B Retirement Savings Plan. Also, once fully vested, the YMCA will contribute 12% directly to your retirement account, helping you build long-term financial security while you build a meaningful career serving the community.
