Die Frosch sales team GmbH am Standort Mainz ist mit 28 Kolleg*innen Teil unserer Unternehmensgruppe und überzeugt den Handel durch unsere Nachhaltigkeitsphilosophie von unseren hochwertigen Produkten. Im Fokus stehen dabei die Entwicklung passgenauer Vertriebskonzepte und die enge Betreuung unserer Handelspartner vor Ort.

Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:
Kundenbetreuung & Beratung: Als Botschafter (m/w/d) unserer Nachhaltigkeitsvision pflegen und optimieren Sie langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden in der Region Raum Köln/Bonn, Aachen, Düren, Euskirchenund beraten sie zu Sortiment, Platzierung und Nachhaltigkeit.
Strategische Umsetzung: Sie orientieren sich an klar definierten Zielwerten für Distribution, Absatz und Umsatz und setzen diese konsequent in Ihrem Bezirk um.
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Management: In enger Abstimmung führen Sie regionale Kunden (Mehrbetriebsunternehmen, kleinere Zentralen) eigenverantwortlich und setzen zentralseitig festgelegte Aktionen sowie Handzettelwerbungen um.
POS-Optimierung & Warenpräsentation: Sie gestalten kreative Zweitplatzierungen und Sonderaufbauten und sorgen für eine verkaufsstarke Warenpräsentation.
Gebietsverantwortung: Ihr Wohnort liegt idealerweise im Großraum Köln/Bonn und ermöglicht Ihnen eine effiziente Betreuung Ihres Einsatzgebietes.
