Requirements

• No prior entrepreneurial or industry experience required.
  無需具備創業或業界經驗。
• No pre-baked startup ideas needed. In fact, we prefer that you leave traditional business ideas at the door so we can prioritise the exploration of your intrinsic motivation together.

• A commitment to a rigorous discernment process. Before any investment, all candidates participate in Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) This is not a formal interview; it is a collaborative, deep-dive reflection on your personal background, values, and how they align with systemic, long-term industry building.
