Ob frisch aus dem Studium oder mit erster relevanter Berufserfahrung – bei uns findest Du die passende Einstiegsmöglichkeit. Mit einem Master oder einer Promotion startest Du als Associate, während Du in der Regel mit 2-3 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einer renommierten Beratung oder in relevanten, beratungsnahen Bereichen wie Strategie oder Business Development als Senior Associate einsteigst.
Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kollegen und Kolleginnen arbeitest Du von Beginn an auf spannenden Klientenprojekten. Du führst eigenständig Recherchen durch, analysierst Daten, strukturierst Inhalte, entwickelst Lösungen für die Herausforderungen unserer Klienten und unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Workshops. Im Laufe der Zeit übernimmst Du immer mehr Verantwortung für eigene Arbeitspakete oder kleinere Projekte und bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Firma ein. Deine Entwicklung fördern wir dabei durch gezielte Lernangebote und den intensiven Austausch mit Deinem Team, sodass Du kontinuierlich wachsen und Dich bei uns weiterentwickeln kannst.

undconsorten was founded in 2006 by Dr. Jens Müller-Oerlinghausen and Dr. Axel Sauder. Since then, we have grown steadily – and are currently represented in Berlin and Munich. We now have around 50 consultants with experience and passion for the success of our clients.
Our client portfolio also speaks for the effectiveness of our work. We have worked or are working for more than half of the DAX, as well as a large number of SDAX, family-owned companies, SMEs, private equity firms and many public institutions.
