You’ll be responsible for the full performance cycle: hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring our crew, ensuring top-tier quality in every dish and drink, managing inventory, and upholding strict safety and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee daily operations of the venue.
  • Provide leadership and foster a positive work environment for staff.
  • Interview, hire, train, and orient new team members.
  • Ensure the quality of all food and beverage products served.
  • Evaluate and oversee job performance.
  • Prepare departmental schedules.
  • Maintain safe and sanitary work environments for employees and guests.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain par stocks.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming laws, company policies, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct group and individual training on policies, procedures, food and beverage choices, equipment, and service standards.
  • Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Promote a fun, friendly, and safe environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of food and beverage experience.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
  • Ability to obtain a State Issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage handling practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
