• Provide prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests
• Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, and serve beverages efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper procedures
• Assist with drink preparation and maintain knowledge of cocktails and brands
• Promote casino events, programs, and player rewards programs
• Deliver personalized guest service and resolve issues using service recovery standards
• Work collaboratively with team members across beverage and casino operations
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED with 1–6 months of related experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Comfortable working in loud, crowded, and smoke-filled environments
• Ability to work long shifts in high-energy casino settings
