The job involves:

• Receiving and filling orders for liquor, beer and other bar supplies, inventory management and completing beverage ordering
• Ordering and maintaining the LDS & Berg inventory systems
• Receiving and rotating stock, loading beer and other products
• Cleaning and maintaining liquor, pop and beer systems
• Emptying, sorting and loading beer bottles in preparation for refunds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Working safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
• Maintaining and organizing a clean and safe work area
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a food and beverage role
• Smart Serve certification
• Certified to drive a lift truck (We can train the successful candidate to obtain certification)
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Birch Street inventory and ordering system
