Relaxed mornings. Long lunches. Riviera nights.
That is the rhythm of Le Café LPM. A neighbourhood café for the modern city, where the spirit of the French Riviera meets life in Dubai. From the first espresso of the morning to the last spritz of the evening, every drink we serve carries the same care and intention as everything else on the table.
We are looking for a Beverage Manager to own that.
What the role is
You will lead the wine and bar programme for our Dubai location, shaping it, evolving it, and making sure it feels unmistakably Le Café LPM. That means a list that is thoughtful without being intimidating. A bar that runs with precision and ease. A team that loves what they do and shows it.
You will own the beverage P&L, manage stock and costs with rigour, and work closely with the kitchen and floor to make sure the drink is never an afterthought. On busy services, you will be present, on the floor, with the team, with guests.
What we are looking for
Someone with genuine knowledge - wine, spirits, bar operations - and the instinct to wear it lightly.
You have led a beverage programme in a premium, high-volume environment. You understand the commercial side without letting it flatten the experience. You know how to develop a team with warmth and hold them to high standards without drama.
You speak fluently about what is in the glass. But you also know when to say less and let the drink do the talking.
French language is a strong advantage. English is essential.
Why Le Café LPM
You will be part of a concept that takes the simple things seriously. A globally recognised group at the beginning of something new with real ownership, real visibility, and the chance to leave a mark from day one.
Competitive salary. Benefits built around life outside work, not just inside it.
Sound like you?

La Petite Maison is the home French Riviera-inspired cuisine with locations in London, Dubai, Miami, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Riyadh, Limassol, Doha, Las Vegas and Mykonos.
LPM is first and foremost food-driven, and ingredient-led with fresh and light French Riviera-inspired cuisine. LPM’s simplicity is found in fresh Mediterranean produce, with dishes using artichokes, courgettes, lemons, olives, and tomatoes, alongside the freshest seafood, meat, and pasta.
The menu, designed for sharing amongst the table, is complemented by a substantial French wine list that includes an extensive selection from Provence.
LPM’s authentic cuisine perfectly blends with the ambience of each of its locations, which are renowned for a pared back environment reminiscent of the Côte d’Azur, framed in a light colour palette with accents of fine linens and marble. At all the restaurants, the gorgeous interiors feature the same touches with eclectic art and occasional "Belle Époque" accessories.
