The Role
As Beverage Manager, you own everything in the glass at our new beachfront restaurant. From the cocktail list to the cellar, you shape the drinks offer, lead the bar team, and make sure the beverage experience feels as considered as the food.
What you'll do
• Own the full beverage offer across bar and wine
• Build and refresh cocktail and drinks menus
• Lead and develop the bar team
• Manage stock, suppliers and costs
• Drive beverage revenue and standards
• Work closely with kitchen and floor leadership
What you need
• Experience leading beverage in a premium venue
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine
• A commercial head for costs and margins
• A leader who develops people
• Fluent English
