Job Description

• We’re looking for a dynamic Beverage Manager to lead the beverage experience across our three signature bars and elevate the overall drink culture at the resort.
• You’ll be the creative force behind our bar concepts, ensuring world-class quality, consistency, and innovation that reflect our flagship Pullman spirit.
• As part of the F&B leadership team, you’ll drive excellence in both product and service, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver memorable guest experiences that align with our brand vision and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive beverage experience within premium or luxury hospitality brands, including at least 2 years in a F&B leadership role.
• A genuine passion for mixology, beverage trends, and guest engagement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
• A hands-on mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction, creativity, and operational excellence.

Additional Information

• Manages the team of Azur, C-Bar, Float, helping them improve their skills and providing support for career development, make sure all bars are aligned in terms of recipes and quality of drinks.
• Manages headcount and bar organisation for optimum performance
• Improves sales, the quality of service and promotion of services in compliance with hygiene and security standards
• Conveys the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and involvement in the field
• Ensures that all products served to guests conform to standard and are of good quality
• Is responsible for the bar's budget, develops revenue and profit margins
• Helps the hotel meet its targets
