Job Description

Perform the following cleaning tasks as scheduled in assigned areas including but not limited to: glass washer, ice machine, walls, stainless steel, floors, and drains, all trash/recycling receptacles and related equipment, towel dispenser, etc. Delivery of supplies, liquor, beer, ice, requisitions, etc. must be completed as assigned and also completed in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. Responsible for stocking liquor storeroom and fill liquor requisitions.

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount
  • To maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and fully stocked front bar, service bar, pump room, or other assigned area during any given shift providing fast, fun, friendly, fresh, and focused support to the service staff servicing our guests
  • Adhere to established company and departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all times, including but not limited to guest service, warehouse/requisition procedures, sanitation, safety, and organization
  • Communicate (hear, speak, read, and legibly write in English) with and promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, departments and guests
  • Maintain established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Maintain stocked, clean, organized work areas (bars, beer car, pump rooms, storage areas, etc.) at al times
  • All duties must be completed as assigned and also completed in a efficient, accurate, and timely manner

  • Must have basic knowledge of various cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals and be able to differentiate between various cleaning products and chemicals for their proper intended use
  • Maintain cleanliness of the stock in the pump/soda room: sweep and mop floors, trash removal, margarita container removal, replenish empty bottles and manager notification for ordering
  • Trash/recyclable removal, proper transport, disposal, and cleaning of receptacles and other related equipment
  • Responsible for ware washing and proper handling and storage of these related items
  • Delivery of supplies, liquor, beer, ice, requisitions, etc. must be completed as assigned and also completed in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner
  • Portable Banquet Bars: Portable Beer Cart
  • Small, high volume service bars
  • Responsible for stocking liquor storeroom and fill liquor requisitions
  • Performs all relative miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications

  • Pump rooms and storage locations
  • Loud, smoky, high volume and sometimes dimly lit front bars
  • Shift assignments may be irregular, and will cover days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision
  • Able to lift up to 150 pounds or the equivalent of one keg
  • Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
  • Must be able to walk and stand for eight hours
  • Ability to access all areas of responsibility, including but no limited to, coolers, underneath counters/equipment, sinks, high reaching areas, etc. by bending over and/or kneeling, reaching, lifting, etc. repeatedly
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with, take direction from, and assist bartenders and beverage servers
  • Must be able to obtain an ABC liquor permit
  • Responsible for keeping all licenses and permits current
