Beverage Cart Attendant
As a Beverage Cart Attendant at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional beverage service to our guests. Whether indoors or outdoors, your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure a seamless and enjoyable refreshment experience.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Drive beverage cart to designated areas, offering and serving a variety of beverages and snacks to guests.
- Manage all transactions, including cash and electronic payments, with accuracy and accountability, ensuring proper handling of funds collected from sales made on the beverage cart.
- Maintain inventory levels on the beverage cart, restocking as needed to ensure availability of products.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, including regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment and surfaces.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a Gaming License and Able License as required by state regulations.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
- Work may occur both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to weather elements such as sun, wind, and rain.
- Moderate physical effort required, including standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying beverage supplies, and pushing/pulling the beverage cart.
- Flexible schedule required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate operational needs.
