Job name: Better Me Marketing Intern

Job type: (Full time/Part time) Intern (up to 40 hours per week)

Better Me is part of the TAL Education Group, one of the largest leading Edtech companies that focuses on online enrichment education, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). We are looking for a marketing intern who plays a critical role in helping developing better me market.

What you’ll be involved in

• Product Promotion and Brand Awareness:
  • Responsible for the promotion of learning products, accountable for product user scale and brand awareness.

• Market Planning and User Growth:
  • Capable of formulating market plans for user growth, developing new channels, and managing lead growth across all channels. Effectively distill the selling points of learning products and customize reasonable promotion and placement plans to achieve scalable, low-cost customer acquisition.

• User Growth Implementation:
  • Develop methods and activities for user growth and promote implementation on the ground. In combination with marketing timeline, complete promotional plans through targeted placement and various user growth methods to bring new students to learning products and achieve sales growth.

• Market Sensitivity and Data Analysis:
  • Market-sensitive with keen insight into user needs; goal-oriented with data analysis capabilities. Pays close attention to competitive trends and market dynamics.

Your must-haves/ should-haves

• Experience in Google search optimization engine and social media platforms such as Facebook, Xiaohongshu and other short clips platforms.

• Proficient in using video and image editing software. Background in graphic design is an advantage.

• Familiar with social media operations, with a certain level of creative thinking ability, capable of planning content independently.

• Possess excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Passionate about the education industry, with a strong interest in social media operations, and a mindset geared towards continuous learning and self-improvement.

• Strong written expression skills, with the ability to identify key issues and write compelling content.
