Banquet Servers
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Now Hiring: Experienced Banquet Servers – $19/hr | Weekly Pay
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Pay: $19/hour (Paid weekly via direct deposit, every Friday)
We’re looking for reliable, experienced Banquet Servers to work at a luxury casino/resort in Bethlehem, PA. These are event-based positions with PM shifts available during the busy spring/summer season.
Job Highlights:
• Weekly pay (every Friday via direct deposit)
• Flexible, event-based scheduling
• Work in a high-end hospitality environment
Responsibilities:
• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet spaces (tables, linens, place settings, etc.)
• Perform buffet-style service and tray passing
• Maintain a clean and organized event space
• Support the service team to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Stay calm and professional in a fast-paced setting
Requirements and skills:
• Prior experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role
• Comfortable carrying oval trays and standing for extended periods
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Able to lift and carry items, climb stairs, and handle physical demands
• Courteous, professional, and attentive to guests’ needs
• Relevant training/certifications are a plus
Physical Demands:
• This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling up to 8 hours.
• May also lift up to 50lbs.
