You would support the development and integration of our in-house Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solution – an innovative platform that’s redefining how power is managed, stored, and used.

What you would work on?

• You will become an expert on an internally developed BESS solution.
• Analyzing technical data provided by the BESS solution and identifying a possible root cause.
• Following up on incidents reported by internal customers.
• Participating in the development and maintenance of monitoring and alerting platforms.
• You will operate as an interface between the internal customer and internal development teams.
• Assist in severe incident-handling processes.

What makes you a great candidate?

• University degree in software engineering, computer science or similar.
• Experience with L1-L2/L3 application support or system administration is nice to have.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms is welcomed.
• Passion for technology.
• Great communication skills.
• Ideally, you understand code and data and can interpret it in the right way (we write in Kotlin).
