
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Berklee Global Operations (ADBGO), the Berklee Global Temporary Assistant will support the daily operations of Berklee Global’s programs and partnerships and will provide application and communications support for the Berklee on the Road and other Global programs. This role will act as a general office assistant, and will support the Global team on executing various projects.
Qualified candidates will have experience that shows they have strong interpersonal skills and are motivated, highly organized, attentive to detail, sensitive to confidential information, mature and responsible. Additionally, candidates will have a demonstrated background in Macintosh desktop and cloud-based publishing tools; and systems such as Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, FileMaker Pro and Social Media platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally having worked in a customer service environment for at least 1-year. Additionally, candidates should have experience with data entry.
Additionally, strong candidates may also have the following experience: basic knowledge of CRM systems, graphic design and video editing software; experience with social media accounts and marketing campaigns; knowledge of contemporary music and applications of music technology are a plus.
The hourly rate for this role is $25 per hour.
