Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Health and Welfare Benefits (e.g. medical, dental, life
insurance)
- Responsible for the day-to-day relationships with
assigned system benefit vendors, including vendor requests, project and
deliverable tracking and follow-up, problem resolution and overall
performance.
- Prepares and submits benefit expense allocations and
invoices for payment for insured and self-insured programs.
- Assists with benefit enrollment administration
including Workday enrollment and integration testing, auditing and
dependent verification support.
- Recognition and Work/Life programs (e.g., education
benefits, backup care)
- Maintain and manage recognition approval workflows for
various awards and recognitions across the organization.
- Review and address work/life escalations including
eligibility file testing to ensure associate experience is maintained.
- Prepare and maintain program dashboards to track
program engagement and assist in measuring Key Performance Metrics.
- Retirement (e.g. savings)
- Reconciles and clears pay-cycle error reports from
Workday and Fidelity.
- Assists with Workday configuration and testing.
- Generates ad hoc reports using Workday and/or vendor
systems.
- Well-Being (e.g., mental health, health promotion and
health management programs)
- Manage a detailed dashboard to represent engagement,
utilization and outcomes across well-being services demonstrating program
effectiveness.
- Review and update well-being program communications
including but not limited to on-site events, annual materials and ad hoc
presentations.
- Collaborates with SMEs to implement and maintain Epic
integration to support associate well-being experience and foster domestic
utilization.
- Workplace Health and Safety (e.g., vaccination
programs, environmental safety)
- Review and maintain workplace health and safety
policies taking into consideration organization and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement
and maintain bi-directional data workflows between HRMS, Associate Health
EMR and Epic EMR to optimize associate experience.
- Coordinate communications related to workforce health
and safety trainings by reviewing and updating media including mandatory
learnings, flyers, compliance reminders, etc.
Must
have:
- 3+ years of day-to-day operational experience in any
of the Total Rewards programs identified in the Primary Duties above in
a global shared service environment
Preferred:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to implement action plans around data and
- Trends
- Demonstrated ability to engage populations with
- Communication
- Experience with event logistics
- Ability to apply behavioral health principles
- Experience in customer service
- Fundamental understanding of total rewards programs
