  • As a BenefitsOperations Analyst, you will provide administrativeassistancefor Operations day to day transactions.

  • You will also be a project support assistant to ensure project goals are achieved within the established timelines.

  • Your attention to details. organizational skills are needed for this role.

We will count on you to:

  • Responsible for managing low to moderately complex Benefits Operational assignments.

  • Analyzesbenefits data files.Evaluatesdata and checks for issues and discrepancies and provides resolution of any errors.

  • Maintains operation systems and tools and provides system support.

  • Provides operational reporting to management.

  • Participates in ad hoc operation projects.

  • Performs daily operational assignments and activities, including data analysis, systemsupportand reporting.

  • Provide testingassistanceand support of new systems and tools.

  • Helps evaluate systems, tools and resources and provides recommendations for updates and changes.

  • Manage client data using variety of technical tools and resources.

  • Manage clientrequests and processesand relationships.

What you need to have:

  • Recognisedbachelor’s degree holder

  • 1-3years of post-qualification experience inOperations, preferably Benefits Operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advancedExcel skills, such asformula,Lookupfunctionsand Pivot Table

  • Quick to adapt to change especially in process, able to know to prioritize tasks with minimalsupervision.

  • Teamplayer
