The (Temporary) Manager, Benefits leads the functions for all Eataly North America locations. The Manager, Benefits ensures accurate and timely benefits tracking and processing. The Manager, Benefits will develop creative and cost-effective approaches to delivering a highly valued, comprehensive employee benefit portfolio, including health, welfare, and retirement programs.

Reports to the Benefits Director.

•Manage operational aspects of employee benefits programs which may include but may not be limited to 401(k), defined contribution, and defined benefit retirement plans, health, life, and Voluntary insurance plans.

•Own annual open enrollment process, including development of communications materials, coordination of information sessions and enrollers, and administration of enrollment changes within HRIS and with vendors.

•Provide appropriate internal education and training (as a subject matter expert) related to employee benefit programs, leave management, and worker’s compensation, and applicable regulations and laws.

•Assist, educate and guide employees through the benefits enrollment process.

•Develop, implement and co-manage wellness programs and perks programs to support the overall total health management strategy.

•Lead employee communication programs to educate and gain participation in benefit and wellness programs.

•Research, investigate and resolve complex escalated issues involving benefit programs and administration.

•Manage FMLA, paid parental leave, and any other leave administration.

•Performs other duties as required or assigned

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 annually

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

•5 + years of related experience

•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

•Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

•Excellent communication, motivation, and team-building skills

•Extensive understanding of federal and state employee benefit regulations, (e.g. ERISA, HIPAA, etc.)

•Experience with Ceridian|Dayforce software is preferred

•Able to act with discretion in managing confidential information
