The Benefits Managerwillempower end-to-end ownership of benefit programs, improve processes, andenhancepartnerships and collaboration with internal and external partners.  We aim to constantly improve the experience of ourWorldpayers,while delivering cost-effective and meaningful benefit programs and services.

Whatyou’llown

  • Manages the development and execution of national benefits strategy and day-to-day operations forprograms includingwellness, dental, vision,voluntary benefits,and leaves

  • Coordinateswith recordkeepers,TPA’s,auditors, legal counsel, payroll and HRIS teams on day-to-day operations and escalations

  • Managesplan documents, amendments, SPDs, administrative procedures and operational processes

  • Develops and executes well planned communication strategiesfor wellbeing initiativesand benefits programs

  • Managesandcoachesdirect reports

  • Other related duties assigned as needed


Whatyou’llbring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or the equivalent combination of education, training, or10+yearswork experience.

  • Demonstrated influence and partnering skills (with Legal, Procurement,HRIS,Finance partners, vendor relationships)

  • Oral and written communication skills relating to all management levels,vendorsand plan participants

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration activities

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $108,200.00-$163,400.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
