Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Administer US benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans and leave of absences.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, guiding employees through enrollment, claims, and policy changes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits, including enrollment forms, benefit summaries, and plan documents.
  • Coordinate open enrollment periods, including scheduling information sessions and preparing communication materials.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Monitor automated feeds to benefit vendors and troubleshoot any issues with HRIS colleagues
  • Partner with payroll to ensure benefit deductions are accurate and timely.
  • Partner with accounting to ensure HR and benefit invoices are paid accurately and timely.
  • Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, wellness programs, and recognition events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for immigration, tax, and relocation services related to international assignments.
  • Other duties as assigned

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
