Renishaw is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and support the effective administration and delivery of employee benefits across the organisation.
This role plays a key part in ensuring employees receive a high-quality, responsive and customer-focused service, while maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth operation of benefit programmes in line with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
The Benefits Coordinator acts as a first point of contact for employee benefit queries, providing guidance and administrative support across a range of benefit schemes, including pensions, healthcare, insurance and wellbeing initiatives. The role is responsible for coordinating benefit-related processes, liaising with external providers, and ensuring a positive employee experience through accurate and timely service delivery.
The role sits within the HR team, reporting to the b enefits and global mobility manager, and works closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll, Finance and external benefit providers to ensure effective administration, compliance and continuous improvement of benefits processes.
