Pay Range: $26.35- $32.00 / hour; based on experience.
Location: Flexible hybrid schedule; Must be able to work at our Home Office in Mission Valley, San Diego, CA 2-3 days per week.
Hours: Regular business hours Monday - Friday.
The Total Rewards Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of Chuze benefits and insurances, 401(k) and saving plans, disability programs, and compensation processes. Partnering with the Total Rewards and People Teams, this role helps deliver a positive employee experience through strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and a service-focused approach to enhancing Chuze's employee value proposition.
Support required benefits compliance activities and recordkeeping related to COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ACA, and other applicable requirements under the direction of Total Rewards leadership
Strong foundational knowledge in benefits and 401(k) administration or compensation practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail with the ability to research routine issues, identify discrepancies, and escalate questions appropriately
Organized and accountable, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Capacity to receive and deliver constructive feedback
SHRM or other Human Resources certification
Due to the nature of this role, the selected candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check.
